With the All-Star Game just three weeks away, it's time to stuff the ballot boxes and get your most deserving players elected to the big game in Houston. While it's important that the best players of each year get elected to the All-Star Game, it doesn't always happen that way with the starters. Still, this year's teams are sure to be a mix of stars and youngsters who are having big years.

While I could take the easy route here and make a selection of fantasy All-Stars from each league, I'll go a different direction and pick the fantasy surprises at each position. In my book, these are the real fantasy All-Stars ecause they have produced the most bang for their buck. Here we go, with one representative from each position.
