RIP, Ellie Greenwich
One of the greatest pop songwriters is gone. Along with partner Jeff Barry, Greenwich was responsible for such classics as "Be My Baby," "Da Doo Ron," "Leader of the Pack," "Chapel of Love," and "River Deep, Mountain High."
