Practically Edible

A post on Chowhound referred to Practically Edible, a wonderful site that boasts that it is the "Web's Biggest Food Encylopedia." And I'm not about to dispute the assertion.

The entries are charmingly quirky. The original Chowhound poster enjoyed the section on ice cubes; a respondent liked the entry on Reddi-wip. I learned, much to my amazement,about "vegetarian wine."

There's much more than the enclyclopedia on Practically Edible, including a big recipe section. Bon appetit!
